Polycarbonate is the easiest material to drill due to its high strength. You may even drill it very close to the edge with no danger of it splitting or cracking. Acrylic can crack or split, especially when drilling close to an edge.

You must leave enough gap around the edge and take it slow and steady when drilling acrylic.
Polycarbonate is the option to go for if you want an almost unbreakable clear plastic sheet.

Polycarbonate sheet is often used in bullet proof glass and riot shield and helmets.
Polycarbonate sheets have a lower level of flammability than acrylic.

Cutting Service Despite taking every necessary step to provide you best service, due to cutting process your sheet might be 5mm/0,5cm shorter or longer. If you need the exact size, please leave us a message. Thanks.

Polite Notice : We take extra measures to protect the sheets against possible damages that may happen in transit. But, we are unable to inspect sheet’s surface without removing the protective film.

Please note Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands may be subject to extra delivery charge. Please contact us to get a quote before placing your order.

Please note there is only one delivery attempt for pallets and large parcels (i.e. polycarbonate sheets, vinyl rolls) and re-delivery attempt may subject to extra charges. Please make sure there is someone to accept the delivery at the delivery address or instruct us and/or the delivery company to leave the pallet/parcel at a safe place or with neighbour in advance.
